The goal is to discover practical solutions to addressing the 2016 deadline of zero carbon in new homes. Designed for architects, contractors, and clients, this event will identify what zero carbon actually means, and explore the design choices for specifiers and suppliers.

The 2016 deadline is looming, and seemingly ever-more challenging, therefore it is essential to exchange ideas on achieving the right building solutions. The seminar will be held at the Building Centre, Store Street, London WC1. It will provide a rare opportunity for the industry to come together to debate these issues in an interactive technical forum. A solution-focused format will be allied to a high-quality array of experts, providing an essential mix for attendees.

Why attend?

The event will provide architects, developers, contractors and others with practical tools and design options for achieving zeron carbon, and will also report on the progress towards a workable definition of zero carbon for practitioners.

Designers and clients will be able to directly exchange ideas and issues with suppliers and consultants, in an event which will feature design exemplars and discussion of the economics of zero carbon. The forum will encourage open discussion, to allow input from all those attending.
