The hospital canteen has undergone a transformation with approximately 600m² of Polyflor’s Expona Flow PUR flooring collection installed throughout the restaurant. The grey-toned Silver Oak and Smoked Oak wood effect was installed alongside each other throughout the servery stations, cashier desks, dining areas and around vending machines. Polysafe Arena PUR safety flooring was also installed behind the servery stations to provide sustainable wet slip resistance in areas where spillages may occur. Jonathan Aver, from the hospital’s Capital Planning and Estate Management department, said: “ Since October 2016 we’ve had fantastic feedback from visitors and staff who use the restaurant about its modern new look. The flooring performs well, looks great and is easy to maintain.” www.polyflor.com 0161 767 1111
