Ten up for Selco
Hemel Hempstead has become the tenth branch to open this year as Selco continues its rapid expansion plans.
The new branch features the full Selco offering, including a huge selection of products available at trade prices, Selco Hire and a comprehensive kitchen design service.
In addition, Selco offers numerous online services including Click and Collect within 30 minutes, a next day courier service with over 6,500 products available and the opportunity for tradesmen to create their project lists online and through an app.
Declan Ronayne, Selco chief executive, said: “Opening 10 new branches in one calendar year has been a huge undertaking and it’s testament to the entire Selco team that we have achieved that.
“We pride ourselves on being the one-stop shop for tradesmen offering a huge selection of products available at trade prices, and we are delighted to be taking this service into new areas around the UK.
“We are a genuine multi-channel builders merchant which allows our customers – who we always put first – the chance to access their building materials in the most convenient way possible for them, whether that be coming into branch, through our website or through our recently launched app.”
In keeping with each new branch opening, Selco gave away £3,000 to local charities in Hemel Hempstead through its Selco Stars initiative to mark the opening.
