EJOT UK Finnishes acquisition

EJOT UK will use its presence at the forthcoming RCI Show to officially announce the EJOT Group’s global acquisition of Finnish fixings manufacturer SORMAT – which also includes the LIEBIG range of branded products.
Whilst the purchase was confirmed earlier in the year, it was late summer before brand positioning and commercial agreements received the green light here in the UK.
Founded in 1970, SORMAT is arguably Northern Europe’s leading manufacturer of fixing products that range from metal, nylon and chemical anchors, through to façade fixings and M & E products. The LIEBIG brand has earned global recognition for manufacturing high-end heavy-load fixings that are specified in critical fixing applications such as nuclear power plants, rail, bridge and tunnel construction.
