Aspex to supply Westminster Chelsea Barracks

Aspex, an architectural ironmongery and doorset company, has recently won a contract to supply its doorsets to Chelsea Barracks, a ‘luxurious’ residential development in Westminster.
Aspex will be supplying Novista Riser timber doorsets to the £3 billion residential development, which will include a range of townhouses and penthouses. The Novista Riser, with a timber door leaf, has been developed to help blend access and riser doors into the adjoining wall so that they are virtually invisible with no architrave, and the door frame is concealed within the wall – an ideal option for this development as the doorsets are being installed within the living areas.
The door leafs are hung on concealed hinges that are three-way adjustable, which helps to ensure that there is a consistent gap around the door. They can be locked with either a square or security key.
