HomeServe acquires Merseyside-based John Wilkinson Heating Services

HomeServe, one of the UK’s leading home assistance businesses, continues its expansion into the domestic gas boiler service and support market with the acquisition of Merseyside-based company, John Wilkinson Heating Services Ltd.

John Wilkinson Heating, which has twenty staff based in their offices on Merseyside, will retain the John Wilkinson name and continue to operate as they currently do. The business was founded by John Wilkinson 30 years ago.

He has spent that time building a successful and profitable business with a great reputation for delivering high-quality customer service and a well-known and well-established local brand in the North West of England.
