Kirkby Diamond scores a hat-trick at industrial estate
A trio of new lettings have been completed at a popular Luton industrial estate by commercial property consultants Kirkby Diamond.
Independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant Williams Trade Supplies Ltd, which has 39 branches across England and Wales, has agreed a 10-year lease on unit 49, a 5,703 sq ft mid terrace trade counter at Bilton Way industrial estate.
Tabure – a company run by a husband and wife team with restaurants in Harpenden, St Albans and Berkhamstead – has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,712 sq ft warehouse unit at Bilton Court on the estate.
P&M Windows, a family-run double glazing installation business, has agreed a five-year lease on a 4,433 sq ft unit at Bilton Court. They supply a range of double glazed uPVC windows and double glazed doors, as well as aluminium windows, bi-fold doors and sliding doors. They also install conservatory extensions, orangeries and replacement roofs.
Bilton Way industrial estate consists of 47 industrial/warehouse units totalling approximately 410,000 sq ft. Occupiers include Edmundson Electrical, Screwfix, City Plumbing and Viovet.
