International property specialist eXp partners with iamproperty

Proptech and auction expert iamproperty has announced a new partnership with international property agency specialist, eXp UK to offer multiple services to the brand’s personal property agents.

The Group is offering multiple services to the firm and will work with eXp to provide compliance services through its movebutler platform, as well as auction services to its remote agents.

Originally established in the US, eXp UK operates using a remote network of experienced property agents, each of which operate their own personal brand.

Tom Bailey, Head of Partnerships at iamproperty, said: “With our Partner Network consisting of high street agencies with office territories and multiple people in a branch, this is our first collaboration with remote agents who own the customer journey from start to finish. From our side, we see the eXp model as a huge value-add in terms of the people commitment that we put into the partnership. By combining eXp’s regionally tailored services with our tech expertise, we hope to give customers a well-rounded property sale and purchase experience. In terms of compliance, iamproperty movebutler will service and assist eXp’s ongoing requirements through our agile platform.

With agents working remotely across a range of territories, eXp already has an industry-leading tech platform to enable agents to interact virtually – during lockdown the firm offered the platform to universities during freshers’ week to facilitate social engagement. The firm hopes that the partnership with iamproperty will build on its existing tech capabilities.
