Alumasc Skyline adds perfect finishing touch to assisted living complex

With the help of Alumasc Skyline’s bespoke soffits and fascia, contractors Tetraclad have created 82 one and two bedroomed apartments designed for over 55s at Greenfield’s assisted living complex in Leighton Buzzard.
Alumasc Skyline designed, manufactured and supplied tailored soffit and fascia products for the entrance hall and a circular feature at the back of the building.
Matt Swaffer, Contracts Manager at Tetraclad, said: “We needed fascia and soffits for the curved structure which wouldn’t be available off-the-shelf. So we called Skyline to provide a suitable solution.”
Ivan Colvil, Technical Sales Manager at Skyline added: “IThe challenge was to design a system to the customer’s requirements, which was to fit the curved outline of the entrance hall. The job was finished within six weeks, from first site visit to delivery.”
