Cook Corporate Solicitors acts in sale of F30 Building Products to SIG PLC

Cook Corporate have acted for the Pearce family in the sale of the entire issued share capital of F30 Building Products Limited.
The company was acquired by SIG PLC who are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
F30 was established in 2012, has premises in both Clevedon and Plymouth and is a trade supplier of building products.
