Get the whole roofing package from Novolux

Novolux, a new supplier of high-quality polycarbonate sheet, has added an extensive selection of accessories to its range, meaning installers can now get a complete conservatory roofing system from the Newport-based company.

The new range includes Capex Snapdown glazing bars, which are easy to cut to size and are suitable for various polycarbonate thicknesses, PVC and aluminium F-Sections to be used on the sides of polycarbonate sheets, PVC sheet closures, which are designed to stop dirt and dust from entering the sheets, and fixing buttons to add additional fixing strength to any roof.

Also available is anti-dust breather tape, ideal for preventing contamination and moisture build-up in multiwall polycarbonate sheet, and aluminium tape, which is used to seal the upper end of polycarbonate sheets and panels while preventing anything getting into the internal flutes.

Finally, Novolux is also now offering Cromar Leadax, an alternative to traditional lead flashing. Made from polyvinyl butyral (PVB) left from the production of laminated glass, the material is lighter than lead, and cheaper and easier to use. It also comes with Cromar Leadax Sealant and Fixing Clips.

The extensive range of roofing accessories adds to Novolux’s array of quality multiwall and solid polycarbonate sheet products, which are made by multi-million-pound Italian firm Dott.Gallina.

They offer the Policarb™ range, where you’ll find multiwall UV-protected polycarbonate sheets, structured with air-chambers that ensure excellent thermal insulation and impact resistance. These multiwall sheets are resistant to UV rays, and can be fitted with a complete set of accessories for easy installation.

Novolux also supplies the Policomp™ range, which contains solid polycarbonate sheets that are UV protected on both sides. These sheets are just as transparent as glass, but weigh half as much, meaning they’re 250 times more impact resistant.
