Sustainable timber company Bereco nominated for customer service award
Sustainable timber windows and doors manufacturer Bereco has been nominated for a national award honouring growth and customer service.
The Rotherham-based firm, which creates bespoke windows and doors from FSC®100% certified timber, is in the running for ‘Customer Champion of the Year’ in the 2023 Scale-Up Awards.
The prestigious awards ceremony, to be held in London on November 16, celebrates those companies which have grown year-on-year in either employment or total sales.
The Customer Champion category includes firms that go above and beyond for their clients. Bereco prides itself on a friendly and professional supply chain service, from enquiry right through to order. The team of experts are always on hand to offer advice to homeowners, guaranteeing they get the most out of their windows and doors from performance to style, design and colour choice.
Bereco was founded in 2003 and from the start has placed sustainability at the heart of everything it does. Part of this ethos is to spread the message about sustainable timber construction widely, which is why a strong emphasis is placed on customer service.
